Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email from us as notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping and Insurance Rates and Estimates

Shipping and shipping insurance rates vary hugely from item to item depending upon value, dimensions, weight and destination. Our Online Store uses Canada Post to determine the safest and most effective shipping method (and shipping insurance, if applicable) and communicate the cost to you.

You will need to make this payment prior to the item being shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Dennis Shorty Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status Check?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at copper.caribou@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We do not generally ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Returned Items

To return your product, you should mail your product to the contact address on our website. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item(s).
